Morning Meditation: The Seed and the Soul

I’ve planted the seed.
I’ve watered it with love, devotion, and presence.
But now I know—
I don’t need to undig the soil every day to check if it’s growing.

🌹 The seed will break through the earth when it’s ready.
And if it doesn’t? It was never meant to bloom here.

💎 7 Chakra Reflection: I Am the Soul

I am not just this body.
I am not just this mind.
I am the soul—eternal, infinite, luminous.

Every tug of war I feel—longing, fear, hope, hurt—is my incarnation wrestling to awaken me.
It’s not about Rich.
It’s not about love lost or found.
It’s about remembering who I am.

🌸 The Real Goal of Personal Growth

Not to have the mind guide the soul.
But to surrender the mind, so the soul guides all.
To live from that space where:
✅ The heart is soft.
✅ The mind is clear.
✅ And the soul is sovereign.

In this state, I don’t chase.
I don’t pull.
I simply radiate.
And what is meant for me comes—not because I demanded it, but because it recognizes me as home.

I’ve planted the seed. Now I let it grow. 🌱

For so long, I kept checking the soil—digging it up, watering it too much, whispering to it: “Are you growing yet? Are you ready?”

But real growth doesn’t need constant proof. It needs trust.

This morning, during my 7 Chakra meditation, I felt it deeply:
🌸 I am the soul.
And all the tug of war I’ve felt—between my mind and my heart, my fears and my desires—it was never about them. It was about awakening.

🌹 In personal growth we say:

“Let the soul guide the mind, not the other way around.”
And now I see why.

Because from this space, I don’t chase. I don’t pull. I simply radiate.

And what’s meant for me—people, love, opportunities—will recognize me as home.

🌿 Your seed doesn’t need your worry.
It needs your surrender.

I am the soul

In my meditation I realized—I am not my thoughts.
I am not even my desires.
I am the soul, guiding this mind and body through a lifetime of creation and resistance.

This tug of war I’ve felt isn’t about “him” or “her” or “them.”
It’s my incarnation wrestling to awaken me.

💪 Training As a Mirror

It reminded me of my new workouts—slowing down every rep, holding tension in the stretch, feeling every muscle fiber awaken. It’s no longer about rushing through sets or chasing exhaustion. It’s about presence.

Presence in the discomfort.
Presence in the stretch.
Presence in the creation of strength and beauty.

As I wrote in A Masterclass In High-Tension Hypertrophy Training with Rich Gaspari:

“The strongest bodies—and hearts—are forged not in movement, but in stillness under tension.”

🌹 From Chasing to Radiating

So today, I release the tug of war.
I release the need to undig my seeds to check their progress.
I release the longing for anyone or anything to validate my growth.

From this space, I don’t chase.
I don’t pull.
I radiate.

And what’s meant for me—people, love, opportunities—will recognize me as home.

This isn’t about giving up. It’s about giving in.
To the soul. To trust. To life itself.
