Listen to me carefully…
What I’m about to share with you could mark the dividing line between the life you’re living — and the life you were meant to live.
For nearly 100 years, Think and Grow Rich has been called the most powerful success book ever written.
But here’s the twist:
The secret that made it famous is never directly stated in the book.
Why?
Because Napoleon Hill believed that only those who were ready would actually see it.
Today… you’ll see it.
And once you do — you won’t unsee it.
Let’s begin.
In the first few pages, Napoleon Hill writes something strange:
“The secret has been mentioned no fewer than a hundred times, throughout the book. It has not been directly named… for it seems to work more successfully when it is merely uncovered and left in sight.”
So… what is it?
You might have heard versions like:
- “Thoughts become things.”
- “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
- “The power of desire and belief leads to success.”
These are all part of it — but they’re not the secret itself.
The real secret is deeper.
It’s this:
You become what you think about — when you emotionalize that thought, believe in it, and act on it with persistence.
Let’s break that down.
- Your thoughts… backed by belief and feeling…
- Impressed repeatedly on your subconscious mind…
- Shape your identity.
- And your identity dictates your results.
This isn’t positive thinking. This is identity creation through focus, emotion, and decision.
Hill calls it: “A state of mind… that becomes an obsession.”
And that is what turns ideas into reality.
WHO IS “READY” FOR THE SECRET?
Hill tells us: “Only those who are READY for the secret will recognize it.”
So what does it mean to be ready?
It means you’re no longer just interested in success.
You’re hungry. Desperate. Obsessed.
It means you’re willing to:
- Give up old beliefs
- Take full responsibility for your outcomes
- And act with faith in something unseen
He says:
“The secret will appear in every chapter. You’ll recognize it when you’re ready.”
And let me tell you something from personal experience:
When you’re ready, you don’t just read the book. The book starts reading you.
You’ll hear it say: “This is who you really are. Step into it.”
It happened to me during the bedtime reading time – the secret is self-reliance. Let’s explain that.
WHERE THE SECRET HIDES IN THE BOOK (9:00–13:00)
Let’s walk through how Hill hides the secret in plain sight.
1. Desire (Chapter 2)
“Desire is the starting point of all achievement.”
Hill doesn’t say “wish” or “hope.” He says burning desire — an inner fire that consumes doubt.
This isn’t just wanting something. It’s about letting a vision possess you.
2. Faith (Chapter 3)
“Faith is a state of mind which may be induced by autosuggestion.”
You’re not born with belief. You create it through repetition, visualization, and inner dialogue.
That’s how you install a new identity — piece by piece.
3. Autosuggestion (Chapter 4)
This is where it gets powerful.
“Autosuggestion is the agency of control through which an individual may voluntarily feed his subconscious mind.”
Translation?
You talk yourself into a new self-image — using emotion and repetition.
If you say every day:
“I am a successful entrepreneur with unshakable discipline and vision…”
Your subconscious eventually accepts that as fact — and your actions follow.
4. The Subconscious Mind (Chapter 12)
“The subconscious mind will translate any thought — when backed by emotion and belief — into its physical equivalent.”
That’s the entire secret right there.
It’s not just about working hard — it’s about working from the inside out.
5. Persistence (Chapter 9)
Hill says:
“The majority of people are ready to throw their aims and purposes overboard… at the first sign of opposition.”
But when your goal is backed by belief, emotion, and identity — you persist because you are already that person.
THE SECRET = A SELF-IMAGE SHIFT
Here’s where it all comes together.
Even though Hill never uses the words “self-image,” that’s what he’s teaching.
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
Why?
Because what you conceive and believe… becomes your identity.
And your results will never rise higher than the image you hold of yourself.
If you see yourself as broke, stuck, unworthy — no matter how hard you work, you’ll find a way to return to that identity.
But if you reprogram that identity with…
- Burning desire
- Faith
- Emotional repetition
- Visualization
- Clear goals
- Action aligned with belief
Then the world bends around your new self-concept.
HOW TO APPLY THE SECRET
Let me now give you the exact steps Hill implies, but never fully lists:
1. Define What You Want
Write down your goal — in the present tense.
Example:
“I earn €20,000 a month doing what I love and helping others grow.”
2. Create a Statement of Identity
Hill calls it a “definiteness of purpose.” But say it as:
“I am the kind of person who…”
And fill in the identity behind the goal.
3. Repeat It With Emotion
Every morning and night, say it aloud. Feel it. Don’t just read it — experience it.
4. Visualize Daily
Spend 2–3 minutes seeing yourself living it. Not hoping — living. What do you wear? Who’s with you? How do you feel?
5. Take Action from the New Identity
Ask:
“If I were already that person… what would I do today?”
Then act that way — every day. Don’t get discouraged if you fail now and then. It will happen till the old habits die and you are the new person. I lived that more than once. You use the law of habits to change yourself in what you desire. It is a programmed, desired, paradigm shift.
This is how you impress the subconscious with truth in motion.
WHEN THE SECRET OPENS YOUR DOOR
There will come a moment — if it hasn’t already — where something shifts inside you.
You’ll go from trying to knowing.
From waiting… to becoming.
From wanting something…
…to being someone.
And in that moment, the secret isn’t hidden anymore.
It’s alive inside you.
And you’ll start to notice:
- People react to you differently
- You attract ideas, resources, and allies
- Obstacles shrink
- Your actions gain power
- You feel aligned, not scattered
That’s when you’ll know:
You were ready.
And the secret… was always waiting for you.
If this message resonated with you, share it with someone you care about.
Let it be a mirror — and a door.
And remember:
“Success comes to those who become success in their mind first.”
Like Napoleon Hill said —
“When you are ready, you will recognize the secret. And that secret will carry you to the heights of achievement.”
You were born with the power to create.
Now go create something extraordinary.

And remember…
You don’t get what you want.
You get who you are.
